My late happy 4th of July!

I am sorry if I greeted you all late already. I hope you had a fun and safe celebrating with your family and friends, nice having bbq in the backyard. Wheew! My second time here in US but each one is in different state. I would say the first time was not exciting to me at all that I didn't even care to know what it is all about. I had heard it from an online friend and to me it isn't a big deal. Until this second time. See moving here in mainland makes a good difference. One of my husband's co-soldier invited us over to celebrate with them on this 4th of July over there, they had a nice size swimming pool in the yard. We stayed for 4 hours and then we headed to my Filipina friend's place to have a bbq then, later that night we went watch a fireworks show. There I realized, 4th of July is alot of fun when you have a family or friends with you celebrate it. Although we were gone the whole day driving around, it was all worth for our time, then sure enough the next day I felt terribly sore.

Swing sets

I've got some photos from last weekend with my friend and her kids at the pool saved in my phone. I invited them because the kids like to go swimming and they've been asking to their mom when they can come over. There is no problem with me and my husband if they come over because they are now close to us so, they came, we went swimming for over an hour. We had bbq, potato salad, rice, fried sardines with eggs and some drinks. Her kids were having so much fun. I have fun when I am with them too so, my friend who is their mom is going to buy a swing sets and have some kids to come over. Adults will have a bbq in the backyard. And oh yeah, by the way one of the sister's of my friends is coming over from Hawaii. She arrives 3 days before we do the bbq. I should be able to meet her earlier then because I will be at the airport with her sister to pick her up.

Oh boy

I missed the boys who lived right next door to us in Hawaii. I just missed them so much! The reason why, I met a cute little boy at the pool last weekend, I've known his mom by seeing around here everyday. I invited my friend with her kids to go swimming in the pool and that's when I met the little boy swimming with her mom. He can talk you know, his mom introduced me to him so we talked shortly. Today, I met his mom and said, her boy keeps asking about me like, how long her mom known me, where and when. It's just so cute to imagine a boy like him can be nosy as adult people. I mean if you hear him talking he sounds adorable, you can't even understand what he's saying because he mumbles I bet, mom is having hard time to understand him sometimes. If you know what I mean.

Dansko Shoes

It's weekend! Oh my... It sure time gone fast. When you go to work everyday you don't actually notice the hours because also when you get home from work you are tired, you just want to just relax, eat your supper, and then doze off on the couch. Who wouldn't notice the time especially you were having a very busy day. Well, I am good. I am that very busy but the week gone so fast, it seems I just went to church Sunday service at church yesterday. Speaking of it though I have to make sure my husband's clothes are pressed because I hadn't pressed the last time we went. By the way,.... oh yeah, are Dansko shoes good presents for a husband? I kind of like to give him something decent on our anniversary. By then, I should have enough saving to buy. I hope he will appreciate when he sees it because he has his own brand he wants to get for himself. Oh boy! I hope, he won't disappoint me at this time.

Treadmills

I'm a little bit bored at this moment. I'm all alone trying to find something interesting movie on tv because they usually put good movies every Friday specially, horror. It's 4:45 in the afternoon right now and my husband hasn't called me yet so I am not sure when he's coming home. The good thing is that I ate earlier. I know, I still have to work on my diet to lose weight. I had stopped running on the treadmills for 3 weeks now because every time I go in that fitness room they've been several residents in there working out. I go when nobody's in there when I am finished with all of my errands, but not this time of the day.

God is always looking for all of us

Wheeew! I'm happy after I sent some amount for my mom today. It had been a while I last sent her maybe, 8 months ago. Good thing I have brothers and sister that help me too when I have nothing to support. God has heard some of my prayers and I am sure the rest will be heard and that is on for his right time. Things haven't been so good for almost 2 years now but God is so good that he is looking up for us in some other ways. God is good all the time! Things are just things that I am not even worried about them. Only thing I am worried is when I can't survive for living, here I am facing the challenge every time of the day, surviving and this is what I am grateful for. I just want to share it with my readers and friends that God is always looking up for all of us no matter what. Everything is going to be alright just have faith in him.

Outer Banks

A friend asked me when do I and my husband go spend for a vacation. I was surprised when she asked me that due to she knows we are in the point the bad economy is still attacking us... we are not one of those people where they spend their money here and there and have big bills to pay off after. But I know there are some people out there are wise enough to think what, which, and where to pick for their vacation Outer Banks, for instance. Right there it's already worth picking. I would understand people like this want to choose something like that. You can check it out too. All kind of specials you are looking for a vacation that you think you can have it. When my husband and I are ready we definitely would check this out!

Pc Memory

It's been amazingly hot here that I cannot believe my skin tone has changed into darker now. As you know, I don't like my skin being more darker I just feel ugly, my husband doesn't have problem with my skin in fact, he likes it. I can't help but complain about this summer weather here in mainland I will be recognized as mixed Asian and black sooner or later. Don't blame me, rarely Asian people like darker color for their skin tone, I am just one of them. Anyway, I have not been able to come online the past few weeks just so my special friends know because my computer is been acting weird. I plan on getting a new pc memory soon. I don't exactly understand how inside the computer works but that's what the man said. Anyhow, I will see you later today. I have some errands to do before the sun goes down. I will pay a visit when I get a chance. Thanks a lot.

Another day tomorrow

Today was not a busy day and for that I am happy for me. I was started to worry about getting off later because our place really need some cleaning to do. There is no one to do it except me, of course. Good thing, I was already free at 12 noon today, I was able to clean up our place by that time. Right now, I am just making myself comfortable, try to get some rest for tomorrow will be another day for me. Tomorrow though, I will be going to a friend's house to visit her so I am hoping that I can get finished earlier from my job. We will be having some Filipino food cook out over at her place in fact, I am bringing the monggo beans with me because it's all like bring something with you if you can. This is gonna be great! I was glad that we'd decided to move in Mainland for many good reasons. For me it would be a nice advantage for me when the winter comes because I love to wear long sleeves, thick clothes to wear and some other winter clothes due to the reason also that I want to have a lighter skin. I just feel pretty when my skin gets lighter.:-). Now that has been over I've been keeping them clothes of mine separately because I don't want to spend some $ to buy new when I don't have to. Now, for my summer clothes I may have to get me new ones because I've gained weight that all of my clothes are tight on me already.
